Effective October 25, 2026. Epex Ads Intelligence is operated by Epex Technology. Questions and data requests: epextechnology@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, and profile name. If you separately connect Google Ads, we store an encrypted authorization credential, accessible advertising account details, and reports you request, including spend, clicks, impressions, reported conversions, and disclosed Search campaign terms.
How the information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your private workspace, read and display your advertising reports, and manage your subscription. If you enable optimization for selected campaigns, the app analyzes historical performance and your saved exclusion rules, adds exact negative keywords, and adjusts eligible Manual CPC keyword bids within your limits. It stores settings, evidence, change receipts, and reversal history. It does not change budgets, ad copy, or conversion tracking. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, or train generalized artificial intelligence models with it.
Google API data
Our handling and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google controls its authorization scopes; its Ads scope includes management permissions, and this application uses reporting reads plus the campaign changes you enable in optimization settings.
Storage and providers
Cloudflare hosts the app and stores its database. Google provides authentication and advertising data. Stripe processes subscription payments when billing is activated. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by this app. These providers process information needed to perform their respective services.
Retention and control
Saved connection credentials and report snapshots remain in your workspace until you disconnect that connection or request account deletion. Disconnect removes that connection and its saved report from this app and stops further runs through it. Optimization settings and change history remain for review and duplicate prevention until account deletion. Changes already made in Google Ads remain there unless reversed. You can separately revoke Google authorization in your Google Account’s third-party access settings. Contact us for access, correction, or account deletion requests. Billing records may need to be retained for applicable accounting and legal obligations.
Security and cookies
We use encrypted transport, encrypted Google refresh tokens, server-side session records, and access checks that scope reports to each customer. Session cookies are necessary to keep you signed in; OAuth cookies protect the sign-in process. This app does not add advertising cookies.
Changes
We will update this page when our data practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and communicated where required.
